The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 10 bookings recently in the parish jail.

Arrested were the following:

•Ebony Nicole Stewart, 26, 5665 McLelland Drive, Apt. 129, Baton Rouge, was charged April 18, with fraud -- possession of CDS by misrepresentation (lortab). Steward was released from jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Kyle Marcus Thompson, 23, 3125 Dr. Bobby Deshotel Ave., Basile, was charged April 19, with theft and simple possession of marijuana. Thompson was released from jail on a $5,000 bond.

•Christopher Lee Higginbotham, 29, 129 Suzie Drive, Eunice, was charged April 19, with criminal trespassing. Higginbotham was released from jail on a $500 bond.

•Tyler J. Blanchard, 19, 1613 Duplechain St., Mamou, was charged April 20, with cruelty to animals and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Blanchard was being held on a $10,000 bond.

•Nancy Maples Gautreaux, 39, 1526 Kimley Ave., Mamou, was charged April 21, with aggravated battery. Gautreaux was released from jail on a $5,000 bond.

•Staci Renee Bebee, 23, 1324 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged April 21, with trespassing. Bebee was released from jail on a $500 bond.

•Joseph Persie Guidry III, 32, 190 Nickel Road, Iota, was charged April 21, with driving under suspension. Guidry was released from jail on a $466 bond.

•Lawrence Barry Scott Jr., 20, 4010 Hilltop Lane, Ville Platte, was charged April 22, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Scott was being held on a $500 bond.

•James Christopher Johnson, 36, 308 East St., Mamou, was charged April 23, with distribution of crack cocaine. Johnson was being held on a $20,000 bond.

•Travis James Soileau, 36, 599 Rozas Road, Eunice, was charged April 23, with theft (eight counts), simple burglary (seven counts) and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile (eight counts). Soileau was being held on a $115,000 bond.
