Funeral services were held for Janice Thomas, 48, of Ville Platte, at Mt. Pilgrim Cemetery in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., February 18.
Thomas died February 16, at Mercy Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her mother, Elverda Tezeno of Ville Platte; her sons Javonnia Thomas, Trent Thomas and Darious Thomas, all of Ville Platte; her sister, Mary Wilson (Bertrand) of Beaumont, Texas; her brothers, Louis Tezeno (Hilda) of Houston, Texas, Jimmy Tezeno (Juanita), Herbert Tezeno (Betty), Elton Tezeno Sr. (Judy) and Linton Tezeno (Barbra) all of Ville Platte.
Rev. Eradley Ben Sr. officiated.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte was in charge of arrangements.
