MAMOU - A memorial service will be held for Vicki Lynn Collins, 45, of Mamou, at a later date.
A loving daughter mother, sister, companion and friend, Ms. Collins died Sunday, July 29, 2012, at her residence.
Survivors include her mother, Nancy Lea Collins of Eunice; one son, Brendan Burkhalter of Eunice; one sister, Brenda Sollars and her husband, Terry, of Eunice; one brother, Rick Collins and Virginia of Spring, Texas; her companion, Claude Burkhalter of Mamou; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John T. Collins.
